Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed Hotel/Resort
  • Background in Kids Entertainment/Adventure/Education
  • Relevant certifications/qualifications desired for the role
  • Proven ability to build and maintain excellent guest relations
  • Service-focused personality with a proactive approach and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead by example and drive team success
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
    Additional Information
Responsibilities
  • You’ll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team’s development
  • Ensure that all service standards are being followed in friendly manner
  • Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores
  • Coordinate and respond to all childcare enquiries that relate to the hotel children’s club via
  • telephone, e mail and in person
  • Plan and deliver an exciting weekly entertainment and activity programs using imaginative
  • ideas for special promotions and think outside the box
  • Use pro - active ideas on possible new initiatives to attract new business
  • First Aid Procedures and Fire Safety in place
  • Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments
