Duties and Responsibilities As Kids Club Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: • Responsible for all Kids Club Hosts. • Plan, organize, conduct, supervise and create kids’ activities. • Provide an educational yet fun environment for the children. • Ensure Kids Club room and equipment are setup prior to the children's arrival, including any audio visual, arts and crafts supplies, books, etc. • Maintain knowledge of all emergency evacuation drills according to resort policies. • Report any health or safety hazards to Security Manager. • Handle emergency cases according to the established policies & procedures, e.g. security and medical care, etc., when required. • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. Qualifications To execute the position of Kids Club Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: • High school diploma/degree or equivalent from a recognized Early Childhood school with kindergarten/ school teaching background and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role. • Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have knowledge of learning stories creation for children, latest trends with children and local environmental initiatives. • Fluent in English.
