Essential Responsibilities/Duties: Provide care, activities, and entertainment for infants, toddler, and elementary school aged children in a safe and supervised environment while parents work out on the premises. Enforce all Kid’s Corner and CPSA rules. Clean, sanitize, and maintain all equipment and toys in Kid’s Corner as required by the checklist. Greet parents and children as they come into Kid’s Corner, provide quality customer service, and maintain a great attitude while at work. Maintains Gymnastics class records in an orderly and efficient manner. Upholds all CCPSA policies, procedures, standards and code of conduct. Fulfills any functions designated by the CCPSA for the betterment of the program and the ability of the CCPSA to meet its mission Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have previous experience working with infants, toddler, and elementary school aged children. Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license/permit, and must be responsible, patient, mature and reliable. Must be able to thrive in chaotic/loud surroundings. Ability to motivate and effectively communicate with students, parents and coworkers Exercises mature judgment and sound decision-making. Working Environment: Fast paced and loud, requiring flexibility in handling a variety of ages and temperaments at one time. Screaming, crying, talking, laughing, and/or yelling children present 100% of the time. Physical Requirements: Standing, getting up and down from the floor, walking, and stooping. Holding and comforting upset children. Speaking and hearing clear enough to effectively communicate with parents and children. Responsibilities
