If you love kids, enjoy being active, and want a job where fun and purpose go hand in hand, this could be the perfect role for you. About The Little Gym With more than 300 locations worldwide, The Little Gym is a non-competitive, curriculum-based gymnastics program for children ages 4 months–12 years. We help kids build confidence, physical skills, and a love of movement through music, imagination, and play — all in a safe, positive environment. The Role As a Coach at The Little Gym, you’ll be on the floor teaching fun, high-energy classes that help kids grow physically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll follow our proven curriculum and teaching methods — and don’t worry, we’ll train you on The Little Gym way. In addition to coaching classes, this role may include opening and closing responsibilities, helping ensure the gym is prepared, safe, and running smoothly. This includes completing opening and closing checklists, preparing the space for classes, and securing the building at the end of the day. You’ll spend your time moving, playing, encouraging, and helping kids feel confident and successful in every class — while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the gym. What You’ll Do Teach engaging, imaginative classes using our proven curriculum Create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for every child Use positive energy, encouragement, and high-fives to help kids succeed Support class setup, equipment use, and safety standards Build positive relationships with children and their families Open and close the gym as scheduled, including: Completing opening and closing checklists Preparing the gym for classes and events Securing the building at the end of the day Handling basic operational tasks and paperwork as needed Serve as a reliable point person during opening or closing shifts You’d fit in here if… You love kids and aren’t afraid to be a little silly. High-fives, encouragement, and positive energy come naturally to you. Kids connect with you — and parents trust you. You enjoy staying active and moving throughout your shift. You know how to have fun while still following structure and safety. You’re dependable and comfortable taking on added responsibility, like opening and closing the gym. You may think we’re awesome because… Children walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day. You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day. We take our fun pretty seriously but also take the role we play in our community and with each child we meet seriously. The relationships you’ll build here will last a lifetime. You could get paid to fold t-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. If this sounds like the job you’ve been dreaming about, what are you waiting for? We’ve been waiting for you!
