Description

Join T he LEGO Group as our Kids Marketing Manager and bring the LEGO digital product suite to life through world-class campaigns! You’ll drive acquisition and engagement across our kids digital experiences for example, LEGO Play, LEGO Builder, LEGO Insiders Club , shape brand identity, and lead the execution of key marketing moments across digital and physical channels. Collaborating with top creative and media agencies, as well as regional marketing teams worldwide, you’ll craft and deploy high-impact campaigns that captivate young LEGO fans!
We’re pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both , requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the kids’ engagement marketing plan to drive kids into our ecosystem and digital experiences, encouraging them to engage with our franchises and become LEGO Insiders Club members.
  • Build standout creative and flawless user journeys for outstanding campaigns.
  • Collaborate with LEGO Global Franchise and Our LEGO Agency (OLA) to integrate campaigns into the digital ecosystem.
  • Serve as the LEGO Insiders Club brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency and strategic messaging.
  • Partner with Analytics and Acquisition Leads to optimize user acquisition and inform marketing plans.
  • Develop the kids’ engagement marketing plan to drive kids into our ecosystem and digital experiences, encouraging them to engage with our franchises and become LEGO Insiders Club members.
