Description
Overview Join us as a Production Area Manager and take full ownership of your line’s performance. In this role, you will make decisions with a true business-owner mindset, lead your team toward ambitious goals, and build a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a leader who inspires, challenges, and develops people while ensuring operational stability and strong process foundations. Responsibilities Make business-driven decisions focused on what is best for the company — not just the team or individual needs. Take full accountability for line results across the 24-hour cycle and secure the right support and resources for operational teams. Set and uphold high performance standards across the production area. Role‑model leadership behaviors — safety, GMP, housekeeping, and operational discipline. Eliminate unsafe behaviors and conditions, implementing sustainable corrective actions. Maintain equipment and technical standards, supporting Autonomous Maintenance practices. Lead and develop the team through coaching, capability building, and engagement. Grow team capability for 24/7 performance, using daily coaching and development programs. Ensure strong DMS discipline — Run‑to‑Target, task execution, and selecting actions that drive real results. Collaborate across the full E2E supply chain to ensure alignment and operational success. Invest in personal development, including data literacy, problem‑solving tools, and leadership skills. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a production environment. Experience working within IWS/HPO systems and frontline leadership roles. Strong operational expertise in safety, quality, process management, and organization. Ability to prioritize effectively and work confidently with data. Knowledge of structured problem‑solving tools and analytical frameworks. Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Steps 0–4, including WPA and line transformation understanding. High shop‑floor credibility, strong listening skills, and the ability to influence. Excellent communication and coaching skills — developing experts and simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences. Ability to work in multicultural environments and navigate complexity. Experience in change management and strong process orientation. For the purpose of ensuring informed and transparent negotiations, those who advance to the interview stage will be provided with information regarding the initial level of remuneration for the position. During the interview, any questions will be addressed and additional information on the process provided.
