Born from the fight with mental health, our mission is to create strength through struggle, meaning through pain, and purpose through action. We don’t just sell hoodies — we build systems, structure, and culture around resilience. We’re scaling fast, and we need an operations mind who can hold the weight.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MBA required (Operations, Supply Chain, or Strategy focus preferred)
• 3–5+ years of experience in eComm, apparel, or CPG operations
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, product life cycles, and fulfillment logistics
• Expert in project management and team coordination
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-scaling environment
• Fluent in systems thinking but also scrappy when needed
• You don’t need your hand held — you build the manual

• Building and owning cross-departmental operations: product, logistics, customer service, marketing
• Translating CEO/COO vision into structured systems and actionable timelines
• Leading and managing KPIs and weekly department accountability
• Owning production timelines and working with vendors to reduce delays
• Improving and implementing SOPs across departments (esp. product + fulfillment)
• Working with our design + content teams to align backend timelines with creative drops
• Overseeing inventory forecasting, budgeting, and logistics planning
• Leading project management software (ClickUp, Trello, Notion, etc.)
