The successful candidate will posses the ability to perform ergonomic assessment, POET’s, work hardening and facilitating FCE’s. This position will provide the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of clinicians, as well as provide exposure to complex occupational rehab cases. Location: 560 N Service Rd, Grimsby, ON L3M 4E8 Schedule: Combination of days, evenings and weekends.  Status: Permanent full time  We have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of our patients and employees with PPE provided, the spacing of patients, screening, and more. Extensive safety protocols and procedures have been put into place and are mandatory. In this role you will: • Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the mentorship and direction of a physiotherapist • Design, implement and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning and/or work hardening programs • Perform biweekly reassessment of client progress through functional testing • Record functional and subjective findings in client charts on a regular basis • Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals • Conduct group orientation and education lectures and regular one-on-one education to clients • Complete functional components of reports for initial, progress and discharge • Ensure return to work plans with client and employer have been made and documented in the client chart Qualifications: • Graduate of university Kinesiology degree program • 2+ years of experience considered an asset • Registration with the appropriate Provincial governing body for Kinesiologists is required Inclusion   We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
