Description

We are looking for a Kindergarten Curriculum Manager for an international school located in Shanghai. This position is available with an immediate start. About the Role This role is responsible for leading the kindergarten’s English curriculum delivery, supporting teacher development, and ensuring consistent teaching quality across the school. The position also involves mentoring teachers, overseeing curriculum implementation, and providing hands-on academic support when needed. Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation and ongoing improvement of the kindergarten curriculum, ensuring teaching quality across all age groups Observe classes, review planning and progress reports, and provide teachers with clear academic feedback and guidance Lead curriculum meetings, support major school activities, and help manage the learning environment across the kindergarten Support the professional development of expatriate teachers through training, mentoring, and onboarding of new staff Assist with daily academic operations, including teacher coordination, class cover, and stepping into the classroom when needed At least 3 years of kindergarten teaching experience Previous experience in a Head or management role is strongly preferred Strong understanding of early years curriculum, teacher support, and academic coordination Able to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on classroom involvement Salary and benefits Monthly compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications Public holidays Summer and Winter holidays Medical insurance Round-trip airfare
