Description
We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Shenzhen. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in August 2026. Job responsibilities Together with three teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. During this time, you will: Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning. Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis Bachelor degree, or above TESL/TEFL/TESOL certificate Working experience preferred Patience and a passion for teaching young learners Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualifications Year-end bonus of 10,000 RMB after finishing one-year contract Flight Allowance Public holidays Summer and Winter holidays Medical Insurance Residence and work permit sponsorship
