We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International school located in Guangzhou. This position is available from the upcoming academic 2026-2027 academic year starting in August 2026. Job details Integrate IB learner profile attributes into daily teaching and classroom management Plan and deliver inquiry-based UOIs across transdisciplinary themes with real-world connections Document inquiry and showcase progress through portfolios and comprehensive assessments Develop bilingual literacy (listening, speaking, reading, writing), including phonics and early Chinese character recognition Build mathematical thinking—number sense, spatial reasoning, and logic—through games and real-life contexts Foster cultural identity and global perspectives via traditional festivals and cultural projects Create safe, inclusive, student-centered classrooms and design displays aligned with UOI content; establish and uphold class rules Collaborate with specialist teachers and co-teachers; hold regular meetings to align bilingual strategies and plans Teach child safety (traffic, body privacy) and conduct emergency protocols and drills Communicate timely, accurate feedback to parents; hold conferences/three-way meetings to strengthen home–school partnerships Bachelor's degree or above (major in Education or related subject preferred) With teaching certification; At least 2 years of teaching experience in related field IB/international school teaching experience preferred Monthly salary RMB 25,000 to 30,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications Annual flight allowance up to RMB 10,000; Relocation allowance up to RMB 2,000; Medical insurance plan arranged by school Free lunch and shuttle bus from designated station Christmas, CNY and summer holidays Laptop provided by school

Responsibilities
