Description

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International School based in Shenzhen, Baoshan district. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming 2025/2026 academic year. About the school An international school situated in the Nanshan district of Shenzhen offers schooling services to kids from kindergarten to High School. The school follows the American educational standards and uses a combination of project-based learning, traditional methods, and Maker experiences to facilitate the curriculum. Job Responsibilities Together with teaching assistants, support children in their learning journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will: Teach daily class activities to students aged 1–6, creating an engaging English-immersion environment. For infant & toddler classes (ages 1–3), co-manage the class with Chinese teachers and jointly develop weekly/monthly lesson plans. Deliver age-appropriate Montessori/thematic curriculum focusing on practical life skills, language development, and early learning milestones. Plan lessons, manage the classroom, and organize activities using games, music, books, art, technology, and other resources. Collaborate with Chinese and foreign colleagues to optimize curriculum, review teaching practices, and create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. Document developmental progress and communicate regularly with parents. Assist with daily care routines such as toileting, mealtime, and other basic needs. Bachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education or related field of study At least 2 years’ related teaching experience Excellent English communicative skills Training and/or experience in Project-Based Learning preferred Compensation package Monthly salary 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Round-ticket per year Summer and winter holiday National holidays Lunch provided Free education for 2 kids Insurance covered
