Description
We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Suzhou. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in February 2026. Job responsibilities Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. During this time, you will: Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6 utilizing the Montessori approach, creating an English learning environment Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning. Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field Teaching experience preferred TEFL/TESOL/Cambridge English Teaching Qualification Monthly salary up to 20,000 to 24,000RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Flight and visa reimbursement Contract renewal bonus Hotel stay up to 4 days upon arrival Three meals from breakfast to dinner provided by the school Medical and Accident Insurance: Provided Paid Holidays: 11 days public holidays and summer/winter vacations Professional development and career development opportunities in teaching Residence and work permit sponsorship
Responsibilities
