Description

We are looking for an English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Nanjing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year starting in June 2026. Job responsibilities Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. During this time, you will: Teach kindergarten students 3-6 years old daily class teaching activities assigned by the school Create an English learning environment for young children and improving their English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning. Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis Bachelor’s degree or above 120 hour TEFL Certificate or 2+ years teaching experience Excellent English communicative skills Salary and benefits Monthly Salary of 18,000 to 20,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Public holidays Fully paid Summer and Winter and Christmas holidays (total 6 weeks) Flight reimbursement Free lunch Medical insurance

Responsibilities

The teacher will support children's learning journeys from Monday to Friday, teaching daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3-6 years old and creating an English learning environment.
