QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree + B.Ed
• Early Childhood Education or equivalent is desirable
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten or preschool setting
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Warm, patient, and positive attitude
• Knowledge of EYFS / Montessori / Reggio Emilia approach is advantageous
