Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and the ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Early Childhood Education or related field; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Valid teaching certification/license appropriate for teaching kindergarten.
  • Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing approach to teaching young children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of kindergarten students.
  • Create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and independent learning.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assess student progress through ongoing observation, documentation, and assessment.
  • Provide regular feedback to parents/guardians on their child’s development and progress.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom conducive to learning, incorporating Islamic worldview.
  • Collaborate with other kindergarten teachers and school staff to plan and coordinate curriculum and school-wide events.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
