What You'll Do Craft Dynamic Lessons: Design and deliver rigorous, standards-based lessons that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and a genuine love for learning across all subjects. Champion Differentiated Learning: Masterfully use differentiated instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners, ensuring every child can access and engage with the curriculum. Cultivate a Positive Community: Build a safe, structured, and joyful classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and collaboration. Partner with Families: Maintain strong, proactive communication with parents and guardians through conferences, family nights, and regular updates to build powerful home-school partnerships. You Must Have: A Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies, Teaching, or a related field. A valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. CPR Certification. You'll Be a Perfect Fit If You: Hold a Bilingual Authorization (BCLAD) and are fluent in Spanish and English. Have at least one year of classroom teaching experience, preferably in an urban environment. Believe in teaching the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—with calm, patience, and creativity. Are a reflective practitioner who uses data to drive instruction and possesses a relentless growth mindset. Build strong, authentic relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
