JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Kinesiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human movement and exercise science, with the ability to develop tailored rehabilitation programs for clients. This role involves working closely with individuals to enhance their physical well-being, improve mobility, and prevent injuries through evidence-based practices.

EXPERIENCE

  • A degree in Kinesiology or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or fitness setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of injury prevention strategies and rehabilitation techniques is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop personalized exercise programs aimed at rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall fitness improvement.
  • Monitor clients’ progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client assessments, progress, and program modifications.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and trends in kinesiology and related fields to enhance service delivery.
