We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sports Administrator at our Primary Campus starting 28 January 2026. Located on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, KingsWay is a high achieving, growing, state integrated Christian school catering for Year 1-13 students, with a current roll of over 2000 students. Our staff are supportive and collaborative, and our work is inspired by love/aroha, heartened by faith/whakapono in Jesus Christ, and motivated by gospel hope/tūmanako. About the job This is a permanent part-time role for 8 hours per week, term-time only (with flexibility as to the day or days worked) based on our Junior Campus. The Sports Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to: Co-ordinating and attending Zone Days each term Planning and managing internal school sporting events Organising weekly sports rotations for Years 3–6 Liaising with external coaches and providers Ensuring effective communication with staff, students, and families Maintaining and managing sports equipment and resources Managing budgets related to the sports rotation programme The successful applicant will: Have strong organisational and time management skills Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Have experience in event planning or sports coordination (school-based experience preferred) Have a passion for promoting physical activity and student wellbeing Be willing to support our special character If this sounds like you, and you want to support the work of shaping confident, connected, actively involved, lifelong learners who are growing in faith, hope, and love in Jesus, apply today!
