Maintains timely contact with all families on active caseload by means of home visits, office visits, phone contact or correspondence. 3. Supports children living with relative caregivers to remain outside of foster care. 4. Maintain accurate, detailed and current case records on each client. 5. Responsible for quality documentation and tracking families served

The Kinship Peer Navigator introduces kinship services to caregivers and maintains contact with families on their caseload. They support children living with relative caregivers to remain outside of foster care and ensure accurate case records are maintained.
