QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or food preparation role is preferred.
  • A passion for creating delightful customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude even in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • Prepare and create rolled ice cream desserts according to Pan-n-Ice’s signature recipes.
  • Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the presentation of each dessert.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work station while adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Create a fun and positive atmosphere by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated on Pan-n-Ice’s menu offerings and any special promotions.
  • Share product knowledge with team members to enhance customer interactions.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including regular handwashing and the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
