Responsibilities

Our Café/Kiosk Attendants needs to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
  • Replenished condiments as needed
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
  • Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
  • Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre’s peak periods
