What is the Role? As a Kiosk Maintenance Technician at Intersection, you will assist in maintaining these kiosks in NYC. You should be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and you must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. You should be comfortable working in the elements year-round. Knowledge of Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs is a plus. Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday - Friday What you will accomplish: Kiosk paint maintenance Kiosk aesthetic replacements Tablet aesthetic replacements Netcap remediations Netcap install Air filter replacement Cooling Fan replacement Assist Digital Field Technician field work Deliver parts to the field Assist in the warehouse and on bench repair You're a great fit for this role because: Comfort and familiarity with electro-mechanical components Ability to use common hand and power tools (ie drills, screwdrivers and wrenches), may require use of specialized tools Follow documented procedures (ours or generally accepted procedures, please clarify) in fitting, adjusting and proper functioning of parts Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing Ability to read and understand technical documents and procedures Good time management skills Ability to lift and sustain 50 lbs. overhead for a short period of time A self-starter is preferred At Intersection we celebrate every voice that makes us unique and every perspective that makes us grow. Responsibilities

The Kiosk Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining kiosk aesthetics, performing hardware replacements, and assisting with fieldwork. Additional tasks include delivering parts and assisting in warehouse and bench repairs.
