OVERVIEW

Express Heat Therapy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Kiosk Sales Team Manager to lead our Oshawa Centre Team and drive success within our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple facets of store operations effectively. $25/hour plus commission bonuses. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive work culture.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in budgeting, payroll management, and bookkeeping practices.
  • Familiarity with merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations related to pricing and inventory management.
