Job Title: Kiosk Technician
Location: Warehouse (Theale,Berkshire)/on the road
Work Hours: 9am-5pm
Salary Range: £33,000.00 per year
Reports to: General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • GCSE Certificates required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical field service role, preferably in the retail or vending industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
  • English literacy is required.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of traveling in a vehicle.
  • Requires ability to walk, climb, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist.
  • Ability to handle a maximum unassisted lift of 25kg. Average lift less than 10kg.
Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install, maintain, and repair Just Baked Smart Bistro machines at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Provide on-site training to customers (vending operators) on the proper operation and maintenance of the machines.
  • Manage inventory levels and submit orders for replacement parts as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide regular reports to the Market Manager on field service performance and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Participate in the development of new products and services.
  • Operate vehicles in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
  • Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols.
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
