Job Details Job Location: Lincoln, CA 95648 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Any Job Category: Slots The Kiosk Technician will maintain an up-to-date knowledge of various electronic devices as manufacturers update and create new machines. Will maintain knowledge of the equipment necessary to service and repair these machines and apply that knowledge to the ongoing slot maintenance program set forth by management, focusing mainly on Jackpot Kiosks and Guest Kiosks. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions: 1. Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “ELITE” company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. 2. Oversee Kiosk machine moves and installations, conversions, upgrades and removals. Ensure proper procedures are being followed at all times with respect to machine optioning and testing. 3. Ensure proper safety procedures are being followed at all times. 4. Responsible for all aspects of preventive maintenance on Jackpot Kiosks and Guest Kiosks. 5. Responsible for preparation work, installation and setup of Jackpot Kiosks, Guest Kiosks, Jet Sorts, Jet Scans, and Coin Wrappers. 6. Troubleshoot, install and repair system related failures including, but not limited to, player tracking and progressive systems. 7. Respond to routine machine maintenance calls on the casino floor, taking care of immediate action work orders as dictated by the slot floor personnel and guests. 8. Promote positive guest experiences through courteous service and respectful communication. 9. Follow all Responsible Gaming Guidelines including, but not limited to, self-limiting requests and identification verification. 10. Comply with all Slot Department policies and provide constructive feedback to Slot Department Management on necessary changes and improvements. 11. Be aware of and knowledgeable about all upcoming events and promotions. Qualifications
