Kitchen Administrator (Maternity Cover) - Annabel’s
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Kitchen Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join the kitchen team in Annabel’s. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, high-volume kitchen, providing vital administrative support to the Executive Head Chef and senior kitchen team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of one of Mayfair’s most iconic culinary operations.
Working as a Kitchen Administrator within our Restaurants will give you exposure to a busy, high volume dining operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all administrative support to the Executive Head Chef
  • Manage and maintain kitchen team schedules and calendars
  • Organise and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems
  • Prepare documentation including invoices, reports, spreadsheets, memos, and letters
  • Raise purchase orders and requisitions, and track procurement
  • Oversee expense reporting between managers and the finance department
  • Handle all incoming traffic into the Executive Head Chef’s inbox and coordinate requests accordingly
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and new starter processes
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative processes
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all kitchen office duties
