  • Confident with stock and invoice systems (Growyze experience is a bonus)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Part time - 25hours a week, 5 hours a day - Monday to Friday.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Kitchen Administrator to join our Food & Beverage team on at Telford International Centre. This is a key support role working behind the scenes to ensure our kitchen and events operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for managing stock systems, updating recipes, processing invoices, and supporting with costing and payroll tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in hospitality or kitchen operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Input and update recipes in our stock system (Growyze)
  • Create and manage event data for stock and order planning
  • Complete pre- and post-event costings including food, wastage, and labour
  • Coordinate stocktakes and report monthly closing stock to finance
  • Process invoices and match deliveries with purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding discrepancies
  • Track kitchen staff hours and holidays using Timeware
  • Process timesheets and invoices for agency/freelance staff
  • Support general kitchen admin and compliance tasks
