From kitchens and baths to full-home renovations, we offer a turnkey design experience supported by a beautiful showroom, strong vendor relationships, and a collaborative in-house team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned, creative, and self-motivated Kitchen/Bath Designer or Cabinetry Specialist to join our team. You will collaborate closely with clients to bring their vision to life—creating thoughtful, functional, and beautiful kitchen and bath spaces.
This is a client-facing, design-to-completion role where sales, service, and creativity go hand-in-hand.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Kitchen & Bath Design
  • Proficiency in design software: 2020 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp (or similar)
  • Strong sales skills with a client-first approach
  • Portfolio demonstrating past kitchen and bath design work
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Ability to field measure, lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., samples), and navigate job sites
  • Degree in Interior Design or related field (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • CKBD or similar certification is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand goals, design preferences, and project budgets
  • Create detailed and accurate design plans using 2020 Design, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar software

  • Recommend cabinetry, appliances, finishes, and materials in alignment with the client’s style and functional needs
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and installation teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships with responsive communication and exceptional customer service
