JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Bathroom and Kitchen Designer to join our showroom team. This role involves working directly with clients in the showroom, understanding their needs, and creating stunning kitchen and bathroom designs tailored to their space and budget. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products, trends, and layouts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in kitchen and/or bathroom design, ideally in a showroom environment.
  • Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., CAD, Virtual Worlds, 2020 Fusion) is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales experience or the ability to confidently present designs to clients.
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products, materials, and installation processes.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients in the showroom, guiding them through design options and product selections.
  • Create bespoke kitchen and bathroom designs using CAD software or design tools.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their requirements, budget, and style preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, layouts, and appliances.
  • Prepare quotes and detailed design proposals for client approval.
  • Liaise with suppliers, installers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations to provide cutting-edge design solutions.
  • Maintain the showroom’s presentation and ensure displays are up to date.
  • Follow up with clients throughout the design and installation process to ensure satisfaction.
