We are looking for a skilled Kitchen and/or Bathroom Fitter to join our Home Solutions team on a permanent, full-time basis!
In this role, your daily duties will involve a variety of works such as fitting new kitchens and bathrooms in our customers’ homes, removing old fittings, installing units, plumbing, tiling, and decorating (excluding electrical work).
You’ll communicate clearly with residents about the work being done inside their homes, while treating them with understanding and respect.
You will also follow health and safety procedures, report any safeguarding concerns, and work collaboratively with your team to improve service where possible.
To be successful, you’ll need excellent trade skills, previous experience in fitting kitchens or bathrooms, with a strong focus on health and safety. The ability to communicate in a clear and polite manner is essential, along with a team-focused and customer-friendly attitude.
