Job Description Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues in equipment. Maintain and repair refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers. Support refrigeration systems in kitchens, cold rooms, and storage areas. Ensure proper calibration and functioning of thermostats, timers, and control systems Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Follow hotel safety policies and proper handling of chemicals, refrigerants, and cleaning agents. Keep records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests from kitchen and laundry departments. Coordinate with other technicians to minimize downtime and disruption of operations. Maintain spare parts inventory and request replenishment when required. Assist in energy and water-saving initiatives related to equipment Qualifications Strong knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment troubleshooting and repair. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems. Problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
