Air Culinaire are looking a kitchen assistants at our Luton facility. The main roles for the job include:
- Take in food and packaging deliveries into the goods in area.
- Fill out the correct paperwork in line with ACW HACCP. (training provided)
- Wash pots, trays and any cooking equipment.
- Sweep and mop floors periodically every day.
- Report to Sous chef(s) and Head chef
- Keep kitchen facility clean.
- Basic food preparation
