We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our Agency. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of meals and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with meal preparation and food preparation tasks as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager.
  • Help in the cooking process, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately.
  • Support catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with serving as needed.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure that all food is handled safely and hygienically.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and storing food items correctly.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
