  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues.

  • DBS must has to be on the update service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
  • Help with meal preparation for catering events and daily service, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes.
  • Support chefs and cooks by providing assistance during busy service periods.
  • Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Organise and store food items properly to prevent spoilage and ensure easy access during meal preparation.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations.
