REQUIREMENTS

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned to the highest standard.
• support the kitchen supervisor in the effective operation of the kitchen
• prepare food and cook in a hygienic manner
• be aware of the resident’s needs and dietary preferences
• wash and sterilize dishes after food service
• Restock food storage containers and pantries.
