We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Kitchen Assistant to join the team at Alexandra House, our residential care home located a short distance from Ashley Road, the hub of Parkstone, Poole, Dorset.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Kitchen Assistant - Competitive pay rate of £12.30 per hour

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Support the Chef team with the basic preparation of fresh and nutritious meals, snacks and drinks for our residents
• Assist with supporting residents with an enjoyable dining experience every day - including delivering meals to the dining room and residents rooms
• Ensuring kitchen and dining room areas are kept hygienic and clean
• Washing all cooking appliances and crockery – sanitising all food preparation areas
