We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.

• Assist with the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Support chefs during meal service by preparing garnishes and assembling dishes as directed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Participate in cleaning duties at the end of shifts to maintain high standards of hygiene.
