  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients for various dishes.
  • Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
  • Support chefs during meal preparation by following instructions and helping with cooking tasks as needed.
  • Record keeping - ensuring that all regulatory requirements are adhered too
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and assist in inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
