• Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager.
• Support the cooking staff during service by ensuring that all necessary items are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
• Help with the setup and serving of food during events or busy service periods.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality meal delivery.
• Participate in stock management by assisting with inventory checks and reporting any shortages.
