Responsibilities
  • Assist in meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen manager.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Support catering events by helping to set up and serve food as required.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
