We are recruiting for a Kirchen Assistant / Chef who would like to be involved in the day to day running of the hotel kitchen, from Breakfast Buffet Chef to preparing and cooking to menu specifications for hotel guests as well as Sunday Carvery and on-site functions as required; this role will involve a mixture of cooking and kitchen porter roles as required, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas at all times and compliance of all food hygiene legislation.
