KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Location - Downs View Care Centre, Badbury (Near Chiseldon), Swindon, SN4 0EU
Hours - 18 - 24 Hours, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am - 3pm , Alternative weekends required.
Salary - £12.21 per hour, paid monthly

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join us as a Kitchen Assistant at our Downsview Care & Nursing Home. Downsview delivers compassionate residential, dementia and respite care in a high quality and lively environment.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR KITCHEN ASSISTANT ROLE AT COATE WATER CARE INCLUDE:

• Assisting the chef in the preparation and delivery of food to residents in the care home.
• Washing up after meals and ensuring that the kitchen cleanliness is maintained to a high standard at all times.
• Comply with the statutory regulations concerning food hygiene, COSHH and Health and Safety at work
• Assist in the preparation of food for special functions
