KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Location - Avebury House Care Centre, 11 Canal Way, Devizes. SN10 2UB
Salary - £12.21 per hour, paid monthly
Hours - 12 hours a week, 9am-3pm. 2 week rota basis. Week 1 - Saturday and Sunday, Week 2 - 2 week days.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join us as a Kitchen Assistant at our Avebury House care home. Avebury delivers compassionate residential, dementia and respite care in a high quality and lively environment.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR KITCHEN ASSISTANT ROLE AT COATE WATER CARE INCLUDE:

• Assisting the chef in the preparation and delivery of food to residents in the care home.
• Washing up after meals and ensuring that the kitchen cleanliness is maintained to a high standard at all times.
• Comply with the statutory regulations concerning food hygiene, COSHH and Health and Safety at work
• Assist in the preparation of food for special functions
