The Brass Fox is an award winning gastro pub situated in Wicklow Town. The kitchen is open from 9am everyday Breakfast through to dinner. The venue has been going from strength to strength and we are looking for a reliable chef to join the team and help us take the pub to the next level.

To be considered for this role we are looking for individuals who:

• Having previous experience in a busy kitchen is preferable but not essential.
• Are well presented, reliable and who work well in busy situations.
• Work well under pressure
• Are reliable and have good spoken English.

Keep in mind this is a venue that could do nearly 1000 covers during peak days like during the Wicklow Christmas Markets so we need people who thrive under pressure and who can handle a high volume kitchen.

Pay: €13.50-€14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 48 per week
