Charlotte’s Cloud is an all-day-dining, neighbourhood café with a modern all-day brunch offer. Open 7 days per week serving high-quality coffee, fresh juices and mouth-watering breakfast, brunch, lunch and bakery delicacies in a casual, vibrant & relaxed atmosphere. A café that features an extensive menu of moderately priced “comfort” food, where a key to diversify would consist of improving and adding uniqueness to classics, delivered with exceptional hospitality in a comfortable environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who is passionate about food, creative, dedicated, honest and willing to help us grow our new concept.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assuring the cleanliness of Kitchen
• Food preparation assistance
• Assisting cooking menu items and co-operating with the rest of cafe team
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
• Setting up the working station for service and cleaning
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Weekly stock counting and stock rotation
• Control of incoming food deliveries
• Creative thinking and input on the menu

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

• Recording food temperatures
• Preparing reports
  Full-time position working 40-45h over the whole week (Including weekends and Bank Holidays).
