Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
  • Ensure all food handling and preparation complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the planning of menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and food preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
