In early 2024 we opened our own onsite Cheesemonger at d’Arry’s and now after a year of success, we are looking to develop our kitchen team further.
With the restaurant serving some of the country’s best cheeses, the bar serving the award winning d’Arenberg wine range and our Liquor Loft bar serving some fantastic cocktails, it’s a very exciting place to work!

We are looking for a kitchen assistant to support our existing team in all areas of the kitchen. Among food preparation and general kitchen porter duties you would also be expected to carry out and be responsible for -

  • To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with customers.
  • To ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards are maintained in line with company policy.
  • To support new team members
  • To ensure that the kitchen meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation and procedures.
  • To ensure all equipment is well maintained and is in good working order.
  • To make recommendations for renewal and replacement of equipment when required.
  • To carry out kitchen cleaning schedules as requested.
  • To ensure that all company procedures and work instructions are fully understood and practised.
  • To attend all health and safety training courses as required.

Experience welcomed, but full training will be given by our experienced chefs.
