Tasks

• Together with the entire kitchen team, they ensure an unforgettable culinary experience for our guests.
• They are responsible for preparing food and ensuring the high quality and freshness of our products.
• They are jointly responsible for the careful preparation and presentation of all dishes to ensure a smooth service.
• They monitor the storage and shelf life of food at their station and ensure that all hygiene and HACCP standards are met at all times.

Profile

• You are a passionate cook and enjoy bringing pleasure to others with your food.
• They are creative, independent, and enjoy working in a dynamic team.
• They have very good German skills; English skills and knowledge of other foreign languages ​​are an advantage.
• They have completed training as a chef and have initial professional experience in luxury hotels or similar.
