OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a desire to learn within a dynamic kitchen environment. This role is essential in supporting our chefs and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to the preparation of high-quality meals for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, ideally within a catering or restaurant setting.
  • Basic culinary skills with a keen interest in cooking and meal preparation.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
